Backing up my website!

I have a MS frontpage web site stored on the hard drive & on my web server @ www.bao2k.com. The hard drive crap out on me 🙁 and now i can't update my site anymore.


How do i copy the entire site that's on my web server back into my hard drive? 🙁

i tried logging in on the "my network place" and copy & paste the site onto my hard drive but it just comes out all messed up


it copy everything but somehow, the themes & fonts & stuff is all messed up.
