backing up Itunes?

i need to reformat my wifes lappy. I also need to get her Itunes exactly as it is now. I know it has a sort of backup feature, but unsure how it works.

basically i'll need to restore it showing all her music files in place...how i do that?
 
Should be find just backing up the iTunes folder in the Music folder in her home directory.

Might have a few setting here and there but that should take care of 99% of it.

Edit: That is if you have iTunes managing the location of your music and have it all within the iTunes folder.
