Backing up "boot.ini" in Win2K? How do u do this?

Im about to resize my partitions using Partition Magic 5.01

It says in the readme that i should backup the "boot.ini" file before proceeding but i cant find it

Ive tried goin Safe Mode with Command promt but still cant find. Also tried booting with a 98se boot disk but still no joy

Also if PM does loose my "boot.ini" how do i go about restoring it?

If someone can give me some step by step instructions on how to do this i'd be real chuffed,

okay open up the C: in mycomputer. Then go to tools and then Folder Options. Then the View tab. Enable show hidden files, uncheck hide extensions, and uncheck hide protected system files.

Then apply and look at C:\boot.ini
