Background of desktop icons (XP)

Ever since I changed my background from the default Windows Classic one, the text boxes underneath the desktop icons have retained the blue background color. How do I go about restoring transparency?

Thanks that worked, though any background that's != 1280x1024 (my desktop resolution) still has the same problem. Any ideas?
