Background INtellligent file transfer . Windows update not working.

I don't know when this problem started but when I go to windows update I see bunch of updates like 12 important.. I click but it never goes past 0 percent,, so I went to services and saw background Intelligent file transfer service is disabled. So I try to enable it and I get a error.

I cant believe how clumsy MS is, stupid bugs


Anyone had this problem or solution. Thanks
