Yup just saying it feels amazing to be back training again properly now 🙂

Finished with Uni, no crazy project or exams to do so training hardcore now. Got back from h oliday on Tuesday and went training Wed, Thur, Fri and Sunday.

My training scheule will look like so:

Mon: OL session
Tue: strength + 30min running
Wed: OL session
Thur: Strength + 30min crdio
Fri: OL Session
Sat: OL session + maybe running 😛
Sun: rest
