Back to the Future trilogy exchange

Ok so I went back to my trilogy and noticed that the 3rd disk is fscked up. I didn't notice this before, but I remember that there was a website that you could go to to get them exchanged (the version I have is the messed up version from the factory)

I'm looking through google and I can't find the address... I know someone else here has exchanged their disks... what was the website to get the exchanged versions?

Anyone know how long it takes to get the dvds back?

So we just send them a letter with our info they'll send us the packaging to return the dvds in?

finally got mine back, came in a box cardboard box, two sealed jewel cases
