We all know the whole deal where they say that Miami won the 1997 World Series in BBTF2... but I wonder if anyone bet before the season on the Marlins as a joke or anyone said anything about it before the fact, bc in 1997 i know that the marlins were not any team i pictured winning the WS.

They are saying that BTTFII only says the cubs beat florida in 2015, nothing about 1997

Yeah I have no clue how people got the year 1997. Every year in the BTTF movies used ends in 5. 1885, 1955, 1985, 2015...
