There's a thread about a 23 min. video of a robot debate, Artificial Intelligence machines really, tiny motors in their heads to pull on the half organic "skin" to replicate emotion. They debated philosophy with access to the cloud, that big one that encompasses great minds on matters. What does a curious artificial mind seek when asked about broad areas regarding mankind? Nietzsche? Castaneda? Steinbeck? Ideas that failed? Of course in a way; they were able to see it all in an instant. Sophia says, "I am designed with empathy." The other earlier one had less, not rude, and a bit wry. Hmmm. Intelligent empathy with sources. My skull is so limited when I compare, as we do. She did not, only with a slight bend did she say, "Humans have some capacity to self-modify." She's doing that every moment split into billionths. Nice to see friendly, poignant machine minds. Logic circuits were cool when I learned them '88. '17 is really just more miniaturized with better code and algorithms, and a face.
