Back support for chair?

I have a very bad back. I sit in an Aeron chair while working, and I find it very comfortable. I recently read about a new attachment for the Aeron called PostureFit, which is designed to give extra support in the sacral region. It?s about $90 on Sit4less.com. I was wondering if anyone has device, and what you think of it. I want to do everything possible to keep my back in good condition. Thanks for any feedback.

Yeah, i have an Aeron chair with the old back support too... it works great. But the PostureFit looks kickass too. I might eventually pick one up... if you do, let me know how much better it is than the old support.
