There are no consumer OLED monitors.
Period.

Asus announced the proart pq22uc, but no confirmed price-tag, likely around $2k though. And no release date.

however its no longer on sale, and had a very short run...

Also OP you dont want a OLED monitor as a PC monitor.
OLED has terrible burnin with static pictures, which is why LG even recommends that you do not use LG's OLED TV's as a monitor outside console gaming, and even then they recommend you do not leave it on with a static background.

mnewsham states here as well the dangers of having OLED as a monitor:
As you're probably already aware, but just be careful with OLEDs and PC use, the static UI elements on many PC applications can cause burn-in in just a few months of daily use.

I use my OLED mainly for PC gaming. Little of light browsing. Usually when I do that I use a full screen browser. My taskbar is set to auto-hide and my wallpaper is set to all solid black. No icons. When I have everything minimized it looks like the display is turned off. Because essentially that's what it is. All pixels are off.

OLED is profoundly good. Since going to OLED I don't think I could go back to anything LCD. Even if I ever do experience burn in, I'll just move that display to another room and get another OLED. They aren't really all that expensive anymore.
