Back just broke out completely in mini-pimples overnight... allergic reaction?

My backside, starting below my neck, all the way down half my back, is about 60% covered in little mini-pimples. It doesn't hurt, nor are any of them big, but it just broke out randomly overnight with no warning and i'm kinda scared as to what happened. Any ideas before I take a visit to the doctor. This has actually happened once before, but the problem went away within a couple of days, which i'm hoping happens to this too. But i'd still like ot know what the cause of this could be

It could be allergies. It could also be a stress reaction. Are you in school? Are finals/graduation coming up? It's not uncommon for the body to react to stress in strange ways.

Or you could just need to wash your sheets.

yeah it's gross but I'm pretty sure it has nothign to do with unclensiness (sp). My bedsheets are washed every week, I take a shower in the morning and when I come back after school (i play a sport, practice after school everyday), wash my face, brush my teeth, i'm actaully a very clean person heh. I know it sound disgusting but it's not like what u see on ripley's believe it or not... it actually hmm... seems kinda like a rash...

well i wouldn't really call volleyball a rigorous activity... and other then that no.

Taking anything new (Pills, patches, have you gotten a shot)? Have you done anything differently?

Depending on where you live, it could be a heat rash.

You could be reacting to something left in your sheets, or whatever you wear to sleep, that didn't rinse out in the laudry. Try Clamine lotion or sponging with a baking soda solution.

well I did break out in a fever on saturday, then my dad gave me some medicine he brought back from Taiwan, which I took after taking my Dynatap cold medicine or whatever. I actaully have no clue what that medicine is, and I doubt my dad does either, heh. I'll ask him wtf he gave me when he gets home. Oh well, if it doesn't clear up soon i'll ask the M.D. ATOT again. Thanks for the suggestions
