The email says, "Limited time only, Limited to quantity on hand".

If you've been wanting to upgrade your socket A cooler, this is the time! I missed the last deal on this cooler but just ordered one this time!

Hmm... I wonder if this is as good as the Thermalright (they look similar enough), and can it handle 64 3200+ OCed.

1. This IS a Thermalright
2. It's Socket A, so will not work with Athlon64

This is a totally SICK price for this heatsink. Shipping is like $4.50 for priority mail.

BTW, what is the shipping cost?

Shipping was $6.07 for UPS for me.

Well heck, I searched for "SLK" and nothing came up. Who doesn't put the whole item number in the post title!! ;)

For some reasons, I read it as a Thermalright knock off, from Thermaltake...

Thermaltake SOcket A heatsinks do not perform nearly as well as Thermalrights.

Thermalrights make the best all copper heatsinks that perform a lot better than Socket A Thermaltakes which have coinsistenly been at the bottom of performance ratings.

As far as Socket A heatsinks go:
Thermalright good.
Thermaltake bad.

This particular model is one of the best as far as cooling your CPU goes.
You can even use a quiet fan and still have decent temperatures with it when compared to other heatsinks.

How would this compare to my zalmann 6000cu?

Also, this looks like it could really stress the CPU socket and mobo because of the weight when the mobo is vertical?
