I ordered tons of stuff from them last year and got some really good deals. Even though I had heard horror stories about them, and their name kept changing, I tried again earlier this year. That's when the trouble started for me. At one point they owed me $300 on orders that were never shipped and it took over 2 months to get it back. Bastards. They deserve to be shut down for the poor service they were giving.

Babygear sucks, they deserve to go away. I ordered 2 items from them & both where canceled after a few weeks, with some lame excuse. I never had any problems with all other baby stuff I've bought on line. They also bought out a couple great baby places (like ibaby). Even with thier poor ratings, I think they are over rated.

Actually stumbled into a great deal with them earlier this year. We ordered some netting from them for decks and stairs (put around the deck to the baby can't fall off through), but found a better deal. Called them about 5 minutes after the order was placed, asked them to cancel. Told no problem. Three weeks later, got the netting, and got overcharged. Called them to return, they immediately put a credit on my card, ordered a pickup, and then never came to get the netting. Guess if they are closed, we don't have to worry any more.

That company was so disorganized. I can't believe it actually states that they want everyone to dispute charges with their credit card companies if things were not recieved. Amazing.
