"Rape" doesn't necessarily entail intercourse. It just involves sexual behavior, I believe.

Every juridiction prolly has its own definition, but my guess is that unless there's penile penetration, it's something like sexual assault/sodomy/etc.

Yeah, I've seen some of that crap unfortunately. This is an important lesson: never acquire still-picture porn from IRC channels. When you're looking for "teen" porn they may have a different definition than you.

i used to own a computer shop. I had a reputation as someone who didnt care what was on the computer (warez that is).

Well this guy brought ina computer to be worked on. Think the video card or something like that was out. Anyway i fixed it and fired it up! the background image was of a naked child around 8 years old.

there was tons of other images. i contacted the police and they arrested the guy when he took possesion of the computer.

Oh no, I do believe in the justice system, but sometimes circumstances warrant swift and decisive action. This is undisputable evidence here, the guy has pics of himself doing the deed. People like this need to be removed from the gene pool quickly.

it sounds like an open and shut case like you said... so it seems like circumventing the justice system doesn't really bring any benefit. i'm all for cruel and unusual punishment... but lets do it by the book 😛

I don't know, according to many Psychologists, sexual abuse at a very young age stays in the subconscious. So when the child grows they are sexually dysfunctional as a result of such traumatic abuse, even though they have no recollection of it. Hopefully though, this poor baby is an exception.
