According to TFA, there's no evidence (yet) that specifically proves she put the baby in there.

Her comment could be construed (and probably will be construed by her attorney) as a statement of profound regret that her substance abuse problems kept her from being able to, you know, keep her baby out of the microwave.

That murdering bastard should be executed, but not so fast. First she should be volunteered to medical experiments, then when one of the experiments she's participating in starts to go bad, she should be used to test chemical weapons on. This way she can pay a little fraction of her debit to society. Also this may deter future sick a$$holes from inserting their kids into the microwave.
