Baby-AT ok for an mp3/Linux box?

I'm building an mp3/Linux box with my old K6-2 350. I want it to perform well but be as cheap as possible. I'm thinking of the ASUS P5A-B. I can get an AT case from a local store.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't want to use a Baby-AT setup for this? I'm not planning on using it for games or anything else. Thanks. 🙂
