there was a good 1/4 page article about her in the chicago tribune earlier this week. She had her first period at age 2 1/2 and was pregnant at age 4. They suspected her father had sex but then disregarded that theory...apparently they never found out who the father was. When she had the baby by c-section there was a flood of private offers to help this girl financially, but the government denied her receiving those gifts and said "we'll take care of you". apparently they never helped her one bit.
