My system was running fine for a couple days. I just went to wake it up from sleep and it goes through a cycle where i see some power to devices but nothing for longer than a second or so. Is this a dead board?

Maybe your ram.
Turn it off (put your battery back in) and unplug your psu.
Take out a stick.
Plug in and reboot.
If it boots, great.
If not, turn off/unplug.
Put that stick back in and take out the other stick.
Reboot.
Anything?

You also hit the reset buttons on the motherboard too, huh?
Dunno - motherboard or psu then...

Reset buttons on mobo? I cleared CMOS with jumper, and pulled battery.

Its too coincidence that everything ran fine for 2 months then the new B3 board is installed and now this problem. I am RMA this mobo for a second time...
