B&W and a new system

OK, it's getting time for me to switch my system. I want to take my Black and White game to my new computer. However, my friend had to format his Hardrive and took his user folder from Black and White. When he attempted to put it back in Black and White (after the reinstall) it didn't work. Is there any way I can take my Black and White game to a new computer?
