I got new glasses, but there apparently aren't any clip-ons available for their shape. I had something like these for about 3 weeks, and they're actually rather nice in terms of functionality/features. Specifically, they're the kind that fit over my regular glasses, and they have the side-blocking things, but there are little windows on them, which is quite nice to have, as it allows me to retain a wide field of peripheral vision while driving.

Problem: The aforementioned 3 week period ran out when the damn cheap things snapped apart when I went to put them on. I guess they weren't made to be used in a car that got above room temperature.

So I'm in the market for some new sunglasses, but due to my shunning of the outside world, I don't really know where to go to find a good selection of sunglasses. Is that something that department store would have, or are they also going to have CVS' vast selection of about 10 styles?
The optometrist where I got my glasses only had these weird side-clip things with a 5000lbf spring in the center, making it rather difficult to put them on while trying to keep the car on the road. (Sometimes you start driving when it's dark, and then the sun starts to peak out.) And they don't have the side-blockers.

Cliffs:
- Want polarized side-blocking sunglasses that won't fall apart before I leave the store.
- What manner of B&M store has a good selection of sunglasses?
- My eyes are sensitive because I shun the outside world, hence my need for sunglasses - and recommendations on where to purchase them. :p
- I don't need some insanely expensive $500 "stylish" name-brand sunglasses. I want something that is functional, with the features I want.

A whole store dedicated to sunglasses...no, I guess I actually didn't expect that.
Looks like there's one in the mall in town.

On that note, dear god, why???
My car cost less than that! And it's more than 14 years old now.

Hopefully they have some functional non-name-brand things available. Aww good lawdy.
