b-die temperature very high even at 1.35v???

Hi all b-die owner I wonder how is your b-die temperature against ambient temperature and voltage? Mine runs extremely hot.
3600c14 1.5v vdram 1.30625v vccio 1.3375v vccsa Ambient temp 24 dimm temp 59 max Ambient temp 32 dimm temp reaching 61 degrees!!!vidmate mobdro word counter I heard many said that even at 1.6v it reached less than 50 degrees under load... how is that possible?
If I want to keep it under 50 degrees I have to run less than 1.35v... Does it means all dimm sold at 1.5v xmp needs extra fan and tons of airflow (I don’t think normal, quiet airflow is enough). Or they are better binned so probably doesn’t run that hot?

1.45V is pretty much the limit for running without active cooling depending on your case airflow and ambient temperatures.

You're also running very high VCCIO and VCCSA settings. You really shouldn't need such high voltages for 3600c14...
 
1.45-1.5V require very good air flow ( and no ambient heat dumpers like GPU VRM area next to DIMMs ). If the airflow is not there, active cooling is needed, as B-DIE tends to throw errors due to thermals reducing margins of OC operation. For example my setup can run 24/7 if below 45C and will throw errors within minutes once >50C.

Otherwise, I have never pushed more than 1.42v through my b-die for any extended period of time. Mine is hiding partly underneath a fan hooked to my NH-d15 so there's no way it's getting great airflow down there. In fact, I don't even know what temps my RAM ICs are hitting. Are you checking with IR thermometers or what?
