B. Arroyo....gone....

Ridiculous, didn't he take a pay cut to stay in Boston? He wasn't my favorite pitcher from the 2004 team but I'll never forget Game 6 and he's a big reason why.

he did.....but it's the Red's gain and Boston's loss.

They shoulda got rid of Wells. He seems to be a clubhouse drag in addition anything performance wise he may be able to conjur up. Hope I'm wroing and hopefully Pena steps up as a starter.

Is Pena going to start though? I figured he'd be the odd man out with Ortiz at DH and Nixon in RF.

Wily Mo Pena is young (23 years old) has some good upside in him. He was pretty much guaranteed a starting outfielding job with the Reds but I guess he'll be the fourth outfielder and spot start when Manny, Crisp or Nixon needs a day off. This is Nixon's walk year right?? If thats the case then if Pena does well he could take over right field in the future.

goes to show why there's no point in a player showing loyalty to an organization.

he should've taken the bigger money instead of taking a paycut and staying in boston.
