B-17 & Wheel of Time won't run with WinFast GeForce 2 GTS

I have a 1 GHz Tbird with a WinFast GeForce2 GTS 64 MHz DDR and I can't run Wheel of Time or B-17. I can run Combat Flight Sim 2 pacific theater, Giants and Sacrifice. When I start the games I get a General Protection Fault error and it returns me to windows98se. In Wheel of Time I set the video to D3D and locks up. Also won't even run on it's built-in software rendering. B-17 just sends me to the error and windows. Anyone have any ideas???
