Does anyone have any experience with the AZZA 440BX motherboard that handesl either PII/PIII or Celeron. I have one with a 466 celeron and looking to upgrade to a 900mhz celoron. I would appreciate any comments.

Unless Azza has changed much in quality as of late......I would seriously recommend against buying one. Low quality, lousy for modifying, low performance.
I think he already has the board .... I don't have that board personally, but the 440BX chipset handles 100 mhz, and the new celerons are 100 mhz fsb... I'm not sure though, have you tried the Azza website? Look up your board there and see.
