Azureus 2.1 tracker page question

For some reason I can't get the announce url for my tracker to appear anymore with the new 2.1 version of Azureus. It says I need a plugin and gives a link. So I went and downloaded the appropriate plugin and put it where it says to. Azureus detects the plugin, but I still get the same plugin needed error message on my announce page. There is a note on the plugin page that the "web part" may still need to be configured. Where do I this? The only configurations in Azureus are to enable the page and to enable detailed reports on the page. Anyone know how to get this working? Thanx.
