Someday, I hope to have a trail rig; something I can just beat up, blow up and put back together and not worry about it.

I have a 2001 Trooper with a 2" lift and 33" AT's; it's more capable than I initally thought. Manual transfer case and a decent low range crawl ratio help.

Body damage is what scares me. 🙁 I've had a few...run ins with trees and such..they don't move out of the way, you know? 😀
 
Yeah. I hear that. I actually rolled a pooper II last year 🙂 did good untill then! Nice and narrow. Just watch the off camber trails with those. I broke alot more than I though. I now have it flaoting with no alxles under it because my super gnarly suspension is on the way. I should have about 52 inches of total flex, limited only by my sheet metal. Next is a cadillac 500 cid big block. 🙂
