I ordered my 4400+ from them because newegg was out. The web page told me my order was complete, but I never got a shipping e-mail or tracking number. I called twice and got a message back on my machine with no info. My e-mail to sales came back with a generic "Thank you for your order". I really have no clue if it's in transit or not. Anyone ever bought from them?

Sounds shifty

Check out some reseller report sites
bizrate is one i think, and ripoffreports or something like that is another..

google them

Follow up:

I called several times and sent a few e-mail, one threatingn to stop payment. I finally got ahold of a guy who said it was waiting for the UPS truck to ship today, one week after the order was made. H eclaimed they had 15 in stock when I placed the order but someone bought them, so they had to wait for more. Then he said he chenged my shipping to 2 day for free. He said I should get a tracking number today and gave me his personal phone number. All of this could be BS, I shall know soon...

should i checked ratings and if it was a reliable store before purchasing anything from it. hopefully everything works out and you receive your packages chances are you will.

Update:

I called several times and just got the machine. I then called Discover card to stop any charges, but they said they had an authorization, which could not be blocked. I then e-mail them a nasty message asking them to produce a tracking number ASAP or cancel the order. If they did not cancel and ship it later, I would have the charge blocked. 30 mins later a trcaking number shows up and it was sent next day!

In short, do use them. It's some guys in a garage and they have almost zero customer support. The processor better be legit and the charge better not be one cent off. We shall see soon.

I did get the 4400+ the next day, Sat. It's sounds like they have honest growing pains, but it's still unacceptable. I did end up getting the processor cheap ($518), free shipping and no tax. Too bad it took 9 days and countless e-mails and phone calls.

The guy who answers the phones, Greg, told me they are going to hire someone full time to handle the phones, since he is often away helping fill orders.
