ayone ever use avon.net for internet access?

i changing my dial up, using atnt 5 dollar 150 hours now,
want a unlimited one, found this avon.net
for 9.95/month.
anyonever use this before? can you use windows dialup to dial
into their network(not use their software everytime),
any setup fee?(no mention on their site). how is
the speed? service?
