AYHJA 1.4 Athlon Y-stepping

Just got this baby installed on my Iwill KK266 and started overclocking...
Stable at 145*11=1600Mhz, I was hoping for 1700, any advice on what step to take next, could I be the 300 W power supply, I already tried to boot higher only with the mobo attached to the psu, nothing, so would a better psu really help then ?
Any other advice ?

W/ 300W PSU, U could be already at the limit. Yeah...the 300W PSU is holding u back.

Reccommend a 400W PSU. But then, there is not guarantee tht u r going to hot higher.

1700Mhz - no offense but you will be very, very lucky. Not unless you have good water cooling or a Vapochill.
