AXP and 8KHA+ and Audigy

well, i just bought that combination. is anyone using it? i am mostly worried about the problem with the soundcard and the VIA southbridges, however is this taken care of with the Audigy?

For some reasons, I think a paranoia still exists with SB cards and Via. Remember, it was the 686 series north and south bridges that had this problem. The KT266A does not use neither of these chipsets. So you're good to go.

Just a few days ago, I got a blue win2k stop screen using my 8KHA and Audigy. Switching the slot solved my problem.

I'm not going to blame this solely on the sound card/mobo though: I'm also using a Netgear FA311 NIC, and those things are notorious for IRQ conflicts, and all around suckage.
