AXIAR stepping?

Anybody have this stepping on their T-Bird? I've seen great things about these chips. What kind of OCs are most of you getting on yours?
 
according to some website included Anandtech...this AXIA code really a great O/C CPU.
I've AXIA T-bird too..and I'm still can't boost it as high as the website review, I wonder why ?
 
My 1.2 that I got yesterday has AXIAR, and they Y on the line below. So far I haven't tried to overclock. This is because I can't get the computer to run stable at even the default speed. Fear not though, I think the problem is my MSI KT266 board, and not the chip.

The R might not mean anything though. It's usually the first 4 letters only that refer to the stepping.
