AXIA 9 or Y

What's the dofference between an AXIA with a Y on the Athlon die and a 9 in the die (The first charater in the third line)?

none as far as i can tell - some claim the letter is preferable. i have handled close to a dozen 1 gig AXIA, about half of each, and they all o'ced about the same, with the weakest chip only making it to 1.35 and that was a Y chip, and the strongest doing 1.66/2.3v and that was a 9 chip. just one person's experience tho.
