AX750 cpu not going into mobo

so the left cable does not click into motherboard regardless how much force I use.

it is 2-5mm from going inside it, something to worry about?

Have you looked at the Molex connector from the front to see exactly how the pin holes are oriented? 2mm should be ok, but ideally you want the pin holes aligned.

I doubt it is wrongly inserted as the pc would not even start?

I'm currently typing from it, however a bit worried that if moving the case hard maybe it falls off.
 
Sounds like the metal pin inside might be damaged. I think you can still run the board on 4 pins so I would inspect the 4 pin to check for a crushed pin.
