AWWWWWWWWW!! I can't dl songs!

okay...I just got my comp back after RMAing it and I tried to dl a song off kazaa (david banner-Like a Pimp) and it plays well after 10 seconds then it just turns to the noise you get on a tv channel that gets snow. At first I thought it was a policy to start protecting music but then I tried to dl Ashanti's Rock wit U and I got the same result.........What's wrong!?
