So how many of you guys steal from work? Me and my coworkers were talking about this today and we all admitted that we had each "liberated" some small items. For example we have like 12 spools of Cat5, and a few months ago we re-cabled all the building so we also have a corner full of all this old used cat5 that is just gonna sit there until we pitch it in a few years 'cause its in the way. One day I took the cable tester up and found a longer piece (43 feet) and took it home. A couple took some sticks of ram out of some machines that were in storage until we could throw them away (we have to wait AT LEAST two years before any equipment is junked). So how about you?

I've never stolen anything, but some asshole at my lost job stole my Levis jacket.

nope.. never have, though been inclined to ..but never have.

I borrow software and return it.. that is the only thing. Like the other day my Fax Software at home refused to run on the system. It ran fine in 98, not 98SE. We had an upgraded one for that software so I took it home gave it a shot, it worked but it was still horribly slow. So I polled in and bought a copy of WinFax so I could run it at home. That after I tried a nother copy of winfax from work at home.

I returned the software the next day.

Edit: taking a discarded peice of cable is not stealing. They took it out for a reason it fine if you take it.
