95 degrees how can you not goto the beach right? 95 degrees how can you goto the beach with no sunscreen?!?!?

Yeah, i'm feeling it. My nose is starting to blister, and I can expect peeling later in the day tomorrow possibly. The worst is trying to sleep though, having to lay there on my back stiff as a board with no covers on.

Yes I know i'm an idoit, but how long do bad sunburns normally last? I gotta be places on Monday.

You've also put youself at greater risk for potentially deadly skin cancer :( Next time BE SURE to wear sunscreen.

For the pain to go away, or for your face to stop looking like a peeled tomato? The pain usually goes away to tolerable levels in 3-4 days, the red lasts a lot longer. I'm 100% Irish, so I know sunburns all too well. Though, actually, my worst burn was windburn. Its what happens when you like skiing fast, and there is literally 2 other people on the slope besides you, so you can go all out and test your limits. All of my face except for where the ski goggles were turned into one giant connecting blister. It took 3 weeks for the red to fade to where it wasnt obvious. And, of course, we had school pictures taken about halfway through those three weeks.

I got sunburned last weekend, but I don't really burn that bad. It's peeling a little, but it never really hurt, jsut kinda felt warm for the first 24 hours or so.

cold helps, you might also want to try some solarcaine spray, if you blister really badly though call your Doc!

And don't do that again :)

Yeah i'm all for the "never doing that again" part :)

I was wearing sunglasses the whole time so I have this big red face with two big white spots around my eyes.

Solarcaine huh? I'll have to pick some of that up. Thanks for the tips!

Yeah, sunburns suck. I burned the tops of my feet during a Bocci game over lunch on Monday.

What?! You mean you didn't listen to Baz Luhrmann? "Wear sunscreen..."

That guy was just chock full of such good advice...
