I originally bought it (from Dell) to resell on eBay. But decided to keep it and sell my S200 instead.

But when I power it up, all I get is a series of beeps, an "E18" code on the display, and then it powers down. I just phoned Canon and they told me that the camera is broken.

Oh well... I guess it's a good thing that I didn't just sell it like my original plan. That would've been a major headache.
 
Ouch, I know the feeling. I have been waiting for my chrome 18" Lightning wheels to arrive @ Discount Tire, and yesterday they showed up. One of the wheels had a nasty blemish.....

Now I am driving around with 3 chrome and one grey wheel till the replacement arrives, lol.
 
Called Dell yesterday and they are sending me a new one via overnight shipping, as well as pre-paid packaging to send the broken one back.

I'm not sure what more I could ask for from them... Dell's customer service ROCKS! 😀
