I believe Counterstrike: Source was released in November of 2004.
I believe you failed to mention source in the OP, cockpouch.

I miss (sort of) being good at CS/various other FPS. Nothing more humbling to a nerd/former nerd than loading up an old game he used to rock ass in and get owned by a bunch of guys who sound like their nuts haven't dropped.

The reason that everyone gets owned in CS:S is simply this:
The games default settings are sh!t. Everyone who is good at that game re-writes their .cfg files to have much better reg in the proper hit boxes. It's not detected by VAC as a cheat unless you write the .cfg to astronomical levels. There are "acceptable" ways to change it. I have watched people change their .cfg file and become instantaneously better.
It's amazing the lengths some people go to feel like the top cyberathlete.

It's a fact, people don't like what they can't understand.
It's the Accuracy International Arctic Warfare Magnum (AWM). It's one of the world's finest and most expensive sniper rifles, and is a true "one shot one kill" weapon. Muzzle velocities can exceed 3,000 ft/s (depending on ammunition) with an accurate range of well over a mile.Originally posted by: JonTheBaller
What rifle is the "AWP" supposed to be based off of anyway?
