AWN - is there a way to remove "Launch... " menu?

What the title says. Whenever there are more than two items grouped together, a new item labeled "launch <whatever>" appears. For example, for folders it would be "launch home folder".

I personally not only find this useless, but kinda intrusive. I am getting sick of reopening a second instance of emesene logging out of the existing one in the process. I have looked everywhere in the AWN settings, FAQ and did random googling at no avail. Can this be done somehow?

Also, it would be nice to have some sort of hover preview a la win 7 style, is there a such feature built into AWN?
