Awesome yet simple recipe for you guys...

ingreditents:
1 cup flour
1 cup 3-4% milk
2 eggs
a dash of salt

Mix eggs and milk, then add and mix the flour gradually to make sure the batter is smooth. Warm a pan, put a bit of oil (I use 1ml, but I have a nice non-stick pan), then pour enough batter to cover the pan with a thin layer (about 100ml I'd say). When the underside is golden brown, flip.

when they're all done, put stuff in them and roll them up. Stuff can be
-feta cheese
-feta cheese+marmalade (personal fav)
-jam (or jelly, if no jam is available)
-cold cuts and cheese

I had 6 of these with buttermilk on the side...they were just plain amazing, but now I am stuffed..3 is a decent portion..

These are called crepes here..but that's what we call pancakes where I'm from.

Enjoy

In my house we call those "Norwegian hotcakes" -- always stuffed em with strawberries and whipped cream.
