awesome plane game

Mine doesnt want to let me switch weapons by hitting the left arrow key, all the others work. Is it just the first level because I know the 3rd missle is grayed out but it looks like i should get the second missle.
 
i couldnt switch either. and keep dying cause i get tracked by a homing missle. can anyone dodge it?
