After you get the middle image formed, though initially it'll be blurry, just keep looking at it and your brain will figure it out in a minute or two.

You should still be able to do it with my patented technique. Just blink real fast and look at alternating pictures with each blink. Since you haven't seen 3D in awhile, the effect will probably knock you out of your chair!
