awesome news! found extra money!

so two summers ago i had an internship and 2 different departments thought they were paying me, so two pay periods went by before they got everything straightened out. i returned the two extra checks to my manager, but she never took care of it.

jump ahead two years later and i get a letter in the mail saying i havent deposited the checks, so i call and explain what happened. they say that the money has been accounted for and they will send me the checks anyways! free $1100!
