I was expecting something else entirely.

This isn't a very complicated "garage". So, I imagine it wouldn't be too expensive either.
 
Kinda neat, though it's neither sealed or insulated. Realistically not any better than having it covered up.
 
Plus, if you had that around here in the summer you'd open it and get greeted by a fleet of yellowjackets coming out to eat your face.

If you're going to make a nice warm box, it should be fairly well sealed.
