Yup, these are awesome deals...went to my local OD last night and saw these lamps clearly marked with Clearance Tags. I talked with an OD employee and he told me that they have lots of items on clearance fm computers, office chairs to pens. You just have to look around and spot the items you want. I saw the Fellows krytonite motion detector for $8 something and an Epson 550 ink jet printer for $49...did not get this, I have three printers already.

I'll go back tomorrow and get the desk lamp with the magnifying glass which I can use in my airplane model hobby.

MAKE IT HOTTER:

I was able to use the $15 off $50 referal twice with the same OD login. I did it once yesterday. But I wasn't allowed to do it again the same day. I tried again today and it let me with the same ID and other info. So, if you can, break your orders up into chunks just over $50 and use the referal link on each. You may have to wait a while (maybe a day) between uses. YMMV. Hope they don't reneg on me. I got the checkout print outs.

I saw those...and now I know the reason for the price reduction----they're THE UGLIEST LAMPS KNOWN TO MAN Not kidding here! They had one particularly ugly one that was an antique design overhead lamp, except it was olive green and translucent. Ick!

I picked up one of the Octavia Chrome Floor Lamps for $9.66. It looks pretty smooth and for $9.66 it's a pretty good deal. The only complaint I have is the light bulb is partially exposed to the eye and the lamp could be a little more adjustable. Probably why no one bought them while they were $72. Still, can't beat a chrome floor lamp for $9.66, haha.

I'm pretty sure the lamps were never actually priced at the "listed" amount. We all know how a higher suggested retail price allows the retailer to "discount" an item that's over priced from the start. That $72 listed lamp probably was priced around fifty dollars originally. Then again, what the hell do I know. At any rate, $10 is a pretty hot deal for a decent lamp. Too bad the're all sold out in my area.

pharmacy lamps are not that bad. pretty decent for the price.
but that's not all there is, the desk lamps (were) pretty nice.
anyhow, to answer the previous question, the $15 is off of
$50 merchandise total. so that means FREE delivery bud (all orders
over $50 are free shipping). i got me 5 lamps for $41 total.

but i will update you folks, the octavia lamps are all out.

Went to the B&M today and they had most of the click lamps in stock with even further discounts on some items on a table way in the back, I got the white magnifying task lamp for 12.77, table lamp that is great in my bedroom with a decorative 25watt bulb for 7.66 and 30 cdrw spool for 29.99...used the coupon and walked out at about 40 bucks.

Great find! I stopped by the local Office Depot, they have a LARGE selection of discounted lamps! I recommend everybody check it out...
