I use L-desk like this, black metal with glass top, but the supports are shaped like Z's. Mine was a bit higher quality though, i payed around $350 when i first bought it.

The glass top is easy to clean, but that is the only thing good about it. The way this thing is constructed prevents most items such as a printer stand, rolling file cabinet, ect. from being placed under the table top due to a stabilizer bar running underneath.

The keyboard drawer is extremely flimsy. It does not lock and constantly moves around when typing or using the mouse. It is not wide enough for a full sized keyboard and mouse pad.

If you are the type of person that likes a perfectly clean table with nothing on it, and no need for any storage for stuff, then this may be OK.

I would rather have a cheap particle board desk and have a piece of glass cut for the top. It would be cheaper and a lot more functional.

I have the desk as well. The storage components are sold separately. They have a file cabinent that goes with it and it fits underneath the desk.

I did not have the problem with the keyboard tray you described. Mine is very solid. Try tightening the tension bars or bending the keyboard arms inward a bit.

Anyone else have a hard time getting the left and right desk parts square with the glass tops?

i bought this desk last year. the glass does not align well at all. Everything else is good though.
