Looks like a fun application to play with; does however scare me when their first sentence on security is "Hamachi is secure."; easy promise to make, much harder to live up to 😉

Hey, if Microsoft can sell it, I can't blame anyone else for trying to sell it too. Of course, if you buy that approach, you get what you deserve.
 
A lot of people using the Hamachi for a while.

It appears as New because it was bought by LogMeIn, and they sprucing it up.

It is easy to use.

Using it is based on logging and exchanging information to establish a secure connection through their server. I.e. part of your security depends on Online interaction with 3rd party server.
