I sent in my dell laptop to have its screen replaced. instead, they rediagnose the problem and replace the video card. i am pissed because i dont want to get my laptop back and have the same problems. do you guys know how competent dell techs are? am i gonna have problems with this?

in any case, i foudn this out over Dell chat. towards the end, this is how the conversation went:
