its about the biggest "BOX" u can get tho.
Seriously tho.. i sometimes i wonder who comes up with these designs.
Some of them fail on so many levels, and only a handful are actually considered innovation.
Dont get me wrong.. there are some nice cases out there.... example.. i will always love the Silverstone TJ series.
The Corsair 800 series and 700 series as well, have features which kick started the entire norm of cases...
(the cable routing.. and the holes behind the mother board pannel)
CM HAF series introduced the 200mm top fan.
Can u say that much about this case?
They just added removable fans, on a standard case and they honestly expect us to go heads over heels?
Enough emphasize on stupid things.. and lets focus on real issues.
1. Case should have cable routing management.. if it doesnt it straight up fails.
2. Case should have good filters.. once again if it doesnt it fails.
3. Case should not have any issues with mounting or installing.
I have yet to see a vendor Nail all 3 100% without costing an arm and a leg.
I wish a vendor would step up and do so, and not try to side branch into BLING more then function.
This is so true.
I bought a case recently and I'm never buying any again, the next one I'll build from scratch and at least it's design will make sense.
I see a lot of people saying case X from antec or whoever is awesome, but none of these cases actually have anything close to a decent cooling solution, both silent and efficient.
Basic stuff that should be part of any case :
- a ton of 200mm silent fans
- less metal, more thought (yeah a full sized mobo tray is retarded when a small grid covering the mounting points would be enough)
- airflow control
- smart hdd placement (some cases have hdd's facing side panel, bit smarter ain't it ?) as in why would your hdd's be in the way of the front to back airflow for both CPU and GPU ?
- good filters
- adapted air holes for bottom-mounted PSU's
- decent fan control like what you can get if you mod it yourself
- equivalent of hdd docking bays : plug the bay cables in the mobo, slam the hdd in, done.
- and so many more things
How many cases that are sold have this ? 0.0000000
